True to colour
Please be aware that the colour of images of our products displayed on this site and viewed on your computer may not be exactly the same as for the actual product. We endeavour to display images in as true to actual colour as is possible but even then the image you see displayed on your screen may be different. If you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, please email me to have this matter rectified.
Payment
All items listed are in Australian Dollars.
Paypal is our Merchant Account so on line payment will be processed through PayPal.
I accept Australia Post Money Orders, Australian Bank Cheques and direct deposits. Bank Deposit details will be on your invoice at checkout.
If paying by direct bank transfer your order will be sent out as soon as your funds have cleared our account - usually the next working day, except on weekends where they do not appear in the bank until late Monday afternoon.
Cheques or money orders must be received within 10 days of purchase or items will be returned to inventory.
Items paid by personal cheques (Australian Banks) will not be posted until it has cleared (usually 3-5 working days).
All items will be sent by Australia Post usually within 12 hours of payment received.
It is difficult to assign a Flat Rate International Postage rate, so once you have checked out I will send an invoice via paypal advising of the postage cost. As example 1-4 sets of charms only cost $9.00 registered post but 8 sets of felt ribbons costs $28.50 sent by registered post. I would prefer to send by registered post for overseas but if you want to take the risk I can send it just via standard airmail, please advise me via email of your preference.
We post items daily however we can't guarantee the post is picked up on a Sunday.
Insurance
My2angles are happy to replace any damaged or faulty item at our cost within 14 days of receipt. A replacement item will be shipped once the original item is returned to us. Please contact us to make relevant arrangements
I take the utmost care packing items but cannot be held responsible after they leave my care.
We cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged after they have left our care if they are not registered/insured. This includes damage in transit by Australia Post. All parcels posted are photographed and receipts from Australia Post are kept.
If you require domestic insurance, please advise before payment is made and I can add this in to the total. It is $2.75 to register a parcel.
