All items will be sent by Australia Post usually within 12 hours of payment received, unless on weekends.
Due to the recent increase in postal charges (1st July 2010), we have created a new postage rate thus making it fairer for everyone when paying for postage.
The new prices are as follows:
$2.70 small rate
$5.50 large rate
$8.00 extra large rate
and $11.00 for larger items (large quantities and storage)
These will be automatically charged at checkout.
If you require registered post please purchase from the side menu.
If you require Express Post please state at checkout BUT PLEASE DO NOT PAY for your order until we advise of the additional cost

True to colour
Please be aware that the colour of images of our products displayed on this site and viewed on your computer may not be exactly the same as for the actual product. We endeavour to display images in as true to actual colour as is possible but even then the image you see displayed on your screen may be different. If you are unsatisfied with the product you receives, please email us to have this matter rectified.
Payment
All items listed are in Australian Dollars.
We prefer payment via bank deposit (due to the fees we are charged by paypal for accepting payment).
We also accept Australia Post Money Orders and Australian Bank Cheques. Bank Deposit details will be on your invoice at checkout.
Paypal is our Merchant Account so on line payment will be processed through PayPal.
If paying by direct bank transfer your order will be sent out as soon as your funds have cleared our account - usually the next working day, except on weekends where they do not appear in the bank until late Monday afternoon.
Payments must be received within 7 days of purchase or items will be returned to inventory (unless by prior arrangment).
Items paid by personal cheques (Australian Banks) will not be posted until it has cleared (usually 3-5 working days).
Insurance
my2angels are happy to replace any damaged or faulty item at our cost within 14 days of receipt. A replacement item will be shipped once the original item is returned to us. Please contact us to make relevant arrangements
We take the utmost care packing items but cannot be held responsible after they leave our care. We cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing or are damaged after they have left our care if they are not registered/insured. This includes damage in transit by Australia Post. All parcels posted are photographed and receipts from Australia Post are kept.
If you require domestic insurance, please advise. It is an additional $2.90 to register a parcel (see side menu to purchase)
